The hotel in Tulum is 70 percent wood made and in order to walk our areas the best way of doing it is leaving the shoes away and our restaurants were made on top of the trees and have ´´nest tables´´ to enjoy an experience while watching the sunset and listening our own created music. All this creates synergy between the customer journey and the team, allowing them to have excellent conversations and the guests being interested of how things were done.
Our wellness program is designed to guarantee that you do dive into yourself to re find your inner peace and move your energy to regain your vitality. You can find a daily program with experts that will show people how to do a massage with our massage workshop, deep into the Mayan mythology, do a Pre-Hispanic dance or share a workshop with our in house Shaman.
The areas are designed to walk slow, guaranteeing that you will not miss anything as it´s all habitable art.
And all this will never be possible without the effort or our Human Resources department bringing the right candidates that can bring their immense knowledge to us and create new experiences every day. Making our guests discover and enjoy new ways of learning and bringing memorable experiences back home.
So, in order to meet the most exigent people´s demand my recommendation is to always find people that will definitely do an amazing job but not only in their area of expertise, let them learn all areas, do workshops, show them different disciplines, sometimes you will be amazed of how a person that applied for a role can end up being part of an experience that people will never forget.
